All hail mama monster!
Someone’s been hanging out a lot with Rico (Rick Genest) and his friends by the looks of it,
as we see Gaga’s, errrr, “different” looking face again, this time gracing the latest issue of ID
magazine, photographed by Mariano Vivanco – the same photographer who shot Rico for Mugler.
Artistic? Fashionable? The ultimate body surgery must have? The latest make-up trend?
Or just another marketing prop to promote the new image of Mugler?
Hard to tell as, like with the meat dress, Gaga doesn’t even mention them. Face implants?
What face implants? “I’m beautiful in my way, ‘Cause God makes no mistakes, I’m on the
right track baby, I was born this way…”
Hmmmmm, we don’t think so. We do feel a new ‘sexy/freak’ look coming on though.

face special at your local tattoo parlour, think twice – or three times – before you do it, as the
‘sexy/freak’ look doesn’t suit everyone.
